Bred in the UK, this stunning nerine is one of the largest flowered in the genus amongst the hybrids. With huge dark pink fuchsia colored flowerheads which last in bloom for over 2 months in October/November. Fully hardy in full sun in a gritty spot, making huge bulbs in time. Ironically its main attraction can also be considered its only minor drawback: the very large flowerheads can become fairly heavy after autumn rains for the flower stem to support it properly. Therefore it may need staking to avoid a droopy appearance. See photograph above.
